Womb Massage Therapy is a modality to help women come back into alignment, to find their centre again and thrive.

This non-invasive practice will help you to heal, feel nourished, seen and heard. Womb massage is an effective therapy to treat:

  • Menstrual cycle irregularities

  • Gut related issues, like IBS

  • Anxiety/Depression

  • Prolapse

  • Endometriosis or PCOS

  • Pleasure enhancement

  • Menopause (including peri & post)

  • Tilted wombs'

  • Hysterectomy

  • Lower back pain or cramps

  • Scar tissue from surgeries

  • Urinary related issues

  • Fibroids and adhesions


This form of massage focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension through back and abdominal massage.

You will be supported by myself, Jade, a qualified life coach, menstruality specialist and yoga teacher.


Womb massage is a sacred and ancient technique which has a lineage dating back thousands of years. It taps back into a woman’s spiritual potential, which can activate personal healing through heart-womb connection enabling her to gain a deeper sense of self.


The uterus/womb is considered to be the woman’s centre, the centre of her entire being. Creating femininity and flow.

If the womb is off centre then it can cause adverse effects on long term health.


Your initial consultation will include your full case history. Then the massage will help to restore blood flow to the uterus, surrounding organs, nerves, lymph and fascia to increase your Chi (your lifeforce, energy that flows through everything) moving your body into a state of homeostasis. You will also gain a deeper knowledge into your own personal menstrual cycle and how to support it.


Contraindications:

  • Please notify me if you get your bleed when your treatment is booked

  • Not before 6 weeks following a vaginal birth or Caesarean section. Please seek your doctors approval prior

  • If you have an IUD

  • Pregnancy or IVF implantation

‘When I first heard about womb massage I was intrigued. I was suffering from insomnia leading up to my period, and really wanted relief from this disruption in my life.

During my consultation, Jade taught me about my menstrual cycle. I thought I knew about periods, however, there was SO much more to learn! Now that I have a better understanding of my cycle and how my body fluctuates monthly, I am honoring what I need. I am sleeping much better and in the lead up to my latest period I have slept through each night, this is unheard of for me!

Demystifying periods. The stuff you don’t get told at school about female cycles.

This is a program set up to educate and empower young girls around getting their first period (Menarche) and supporting their emotional and physical needs when the cycle begins.

Truth is I’ve heard from so many mum’s who want to do “the period thing” better than their mum’s did. They want their daughters to feel confident in their bodies, to understand their menstrual cycle and embrace what it means to be a woman.

I have also heard Mum’s saying “I feel my daughter pulling away from me as puberty approaches. I want her to know I’m here for her.”

Reality is, a lot of us are still a little embarrassed by the whole period thing ourselves. Most of us were raised in a society that tried to hide menstruation. It wasn’t something that was talked about, let alone celebrated. Our own mothers (or grandmothers or carers) usually gave us a book, or we figured it out ourselves from playground talk or Dolly magazines.

We don’t want that for our daughters.

It doesn’t have to be awkward. It can be beautiful.

This program allows girls to feel supported and safe during this transitional time in their lives. Developing knowledge and comfortability around the Menstral cycle is how they become more body confident and reduces the possible anxious thoughts through this very important rite of passage.

The 2.5 hour program includes:

  • the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle (it’s not just about the blood!)

  • guided conversations between mothers and daughters that opens the door for ongoing dialogue

  • How to provide emotional support; and how your daughter can communicate and meet her emotional needs

  • Importance of ceremonies and rituals, and how to do this in modern life

  • A guide to sustainable and re-useable products.

As a Health Teacher, teaching in classrooms for over 12 years I know how little the curriculum covers on this topic. If only I had known before I got my period that we cycle through moods, energy and physical symptoms which can also fluctuate with our individual circumstances.

Your daughter will come away with confidence about periods, and confidence about her own body as she moves through changes throughout her life.

As a mother you will have the tools needed to have ongoing, supportive and natural conversations with your daughter about menstruation, bodies and everything that goes along with it.

But most of all, you will both come away more connected than ever. Your daughter will know you’re there for her, and you’ll know how to guide and support her just like you’ve always wanted.

Held at a private studio in Doreen, the Women’s Circle is a welcoming place to nourish your soul, listen to your heart and discover your inner power.

It’s a chance to connect as you were always meant to do: to connect with other women and feel their support; and to connect with your true self, your intuition and wisdom.

It’s time to nourish yourself

This Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering of women like you. Just as our ancestors did for thousands of years, we gather together to support each other on our life paths with meditation, rituals, journaling, movement and rest.

During the circle, you’ll have the chance to:

Nourish yourself: Can you remember what it’s like to feel rested and restored in body, mind and spirit?

Reconnect: It’s the disconnection – from ourselves and others – that causes us to feel so alone and fragmented. During the Circle, you’ll discover what it feels like to connect with yourself, and connect with others who understand.

Feel inspired again: You might even discover a new way of looking at your life – a new way of living your life.

The Women’s Circle that Jade facilitates is so wonderful. She guides the session but allows enough time, space and support for you to be able to be with yourself and at the same time feel embraced by her and the other women. Jade has a gentle and loving way and I always get so much out of every circle. It is always time well spent and I’d highly recommend this to anyone who is willing to open their hearts. Hi there lovely, I’m Jade Estelle.

I’m a certified Women’s Circle Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Facilitator, Menstruality Educator and mama to two beautiful children.

I hold space for women to hear their soul whispers and to reconnect with their true self.

I created this Women’s Circle to give you a sacred space to nourish and connect, giving you the strength, wisdom and clarity to discover your authentic self and your inner power.

Learning how to live an embodied life has transformed me in every way.

When I first started my journey of self-discovery I had no idea the strength it would bring out in me. Previously I was in a job I'd worked hard at but didn't make me happy anymore, I was uncertain about myself as a mother, I was deeply disconnected from my body, and I was battling anxiety and PND.

Over the last 5 years, I have faced my biggest fears, found my voice, left my job, and began to reclaim all of myself. ALL OF MYSELF.

I believe that when we feel into our bodies (versus listening to our minds) we can have profound shifts. Our bodies hold all the answers and when we take the time to move, we release any stored negative energy/trauma. Moving in a way that is innate and natural automatically puts us into our feminine, allowing us to soften and receive.

I am here to show you that through embodiment practices we are able to tap into the part of our nervous system that brings a sense of calm, pleasure, confidence and connection back to self.

Option 2 - In the comfort of your own home I will lead you through a Yoga flow that will calm the nervous system by specifically targeting the Vagus Nerve and relaxing the Psoas to reduce Cortisol. You will also gain access to a recording of the flow to continue your practice afterwards.
