Womb Massage Therapy is a modality to help women come back into alignment, to find their centre again and thrive.
This non-invasive practice will help you to heal, feel nourished, seen and heard. Womb massage is an effective therapy to treat:
Menstrual cycle irregularities
Gut related issues, like IBS
Anxiety/Depression
Prolapse
Endometriosis or PCOS
Pleasure enhancement
Menopause (including peri & post)
Tilted wombs'

Lower back pain or cramps

This form of massage focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension through back and abdominal massage.
You will be supported by myself, Jade, a qualified life coach, menstruality specialist and yoga teacher.
Womb massage is a sacred and ancient technique which has a lineage dating back thousands of years. It taps back into a woman’s spiritual potential, which can activate personal healing through heart-womb connection enabling her to gain a deeper sense of self.
The uterus/womb is considered to be the woman’s centre, the centre of her entire being. Creating femininity and flow.
If the womb is off centre then it can cause adverse effects on long term health.
Your initial consultation will include your full case history. Then the massage will help to restore blood flow to the uterus, surrounding organs, nerves, lymph and fascia to increase your Chi (your lifeforce, energy that flows through everything) moving your body into a state of homeostasis. You will also gain a deeper knowledge into your own personal menstrual cycle and how to support it.

‘When I first heard about womb massage I was intrigued. I was suffering from insomnia leading up to my period, and really wanted relief from this disruption in my life.
During my consultation, Jade taught me about my menstrual cycle. I thought I knew about periods, however, there was SO much more to learn! Now that I have a better understanding of my cycle and how my body fluctuates monthly, I am honoring what I need. I am sleeping much better and in the lead up to my latest period I have slept through each night, this is unheard of for me!

For thousands of years, women came together in circles. Together, they found support, clarity and wisdom. And today, we still crave this connection.

Held at a private studio in Doreen, the Women’s Circle is a welcoming place to nourish your soul, listen to your heart and discover your inner power.
It’s a chance to connect as you were always meant to do: to connect with other women and feel their support; and to connect with your true self, your intuition and wisdom.
It’s time to nourish yourself
This Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering of women like you. Just as our ancestors did for thousands of years, we gather together to support each other on our life paths with meditation, rituals, journaling, movement and rest.
During the circle, you’ll have the chance to:
Nourish yourself: Can you remember what it’s like to feel rested and restored in body, mind and spirit?
Reconnect: It’s the disconnection – from ourselves and others – that causes us to feel so alone and fragmented. During the Circle, you’ll discover what it feels like to connect with yourself, and connect with others who understand.
Feel inspired again: You might even discover a new way of looking at your life – a new way of living your life.
‘The Women’s Circle that Jade facilitates is so wonderful. She guides the session but allows enough time, space and support for you to be able to be with yourself and at the same time feel embraced by her and the other women. Hi there lovely, I’m Jade Estelle.
I’m a certified Women’s Circle Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Facilitator, Menstruality Educator and mama to two beautiful children.
I hold space for women to hear their soul whispers and to reconnect with their true self.
I created this Women’s Circle to give you a sacred space to nourish and connect, giving you the strength, wisdom and clarity to discover your authentic self and your inner power.

Learning how to live an embodied life has transformed me in every way.
When I first started my journey of self-discovery I had no idea the strength it would bring out in me. Previously I was in a job I'd worked hard at but didn't make me happy anymore, I was uncertain about myself as a mother, I was deeply disconnected from my body, and I was battling anxiety and PND.
Over the last 5 years, I have faced my biggest fears, found my voice, left my job, and began to reclaim all of myself. ALL OF MYSELF.
I believe that when we feel into our bodies (versus listening to our minds) we can have profound shifts. Our bodies hold all the answers and when we take the time to move, we release any stored negative energy/trauma. Moving in a way that is innate and natural automatically puts us into our feminine, allowing us to soften and receive.
I am here to show you that through embodiment practices we are able to tap into the part of our nervous system that brings a sense of calm, pleasure, confidence and connection back to self.

Option 2 - In the comfort of your own home I will lead you through a Yoga flow that will calm the nervous system by specifically targeting the Vagus Nerve and relaxing the Psoas to reduce Cortisol. You will also gain access to a recording of the flow to continue your practice afterwards.
