The first black and white one was taken for my nomination of #womenslivesmatter, and the second was when I heard of the stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne
.
It's amazing what 24 hours can do and I think my face in these pictures represent this to a tee
.
One photo was taken straight after I ran my first online Qoya class, so I was feeling extremely liberated and free. The other in the middle of deep sadness for what the next 6 weeks will look like
.
Both of these moments in time are perfect. All of the emotions are perfect. It's so important to acknowledge these feelings and FEEL them. If we dont they get trapped in our bodies and cause issues
