How are you?

Im not asking how your family is or your children, Im asking how you are? As a woman at this time.
.
How you are doing is most important to me. You are worthy of having your needs met too. Not just constantly trying to meet the needs of everyone else around you. Your mental health is of upmost priority. 
.
What are you doing to meet your own needs and wants?
For me it looks like making time of a morning to meditate and stretch, and sometimes writing in my journal.
I also do some exercise each day, whether that is going for a walk with a podcast or doing yoga.
.
Finding a routine or simple rituals for yourself will help maintain the health of your mind and nervous system. Incorporating exercise, nourishing wholefoods, rest, fun and socialising with friends on the phone is a great starting point.
People around you may not understand what you need and want right now, that does not matter, they must still respect it.
